The processor type sh2eb is not recognized by configure, at least not for Linux
targets, and the only way I could find to get a working big endian sh2 compiler
was to use sheb-linux-*, yielding default code generation for sh1 rather than
sh2. Binutils is affected by the same issue.
Reportedly this is a regression since 4.2.1 and binutils 2.17.
