Benjamin, it seems that the patch for PR 51798 caused this regression and
ABI-incompatible change on 32-bit power, so that the functions in
ext/atomicity.h now use a mutex where they previously used atomic builtins.
What's the reason for requiring 8-byte compare-and-swap for
_GLIBCXX_ATOMIC_BUILTINS to be defined?
