I tried adding -nostdinc++ to PCHFLAGS and compilation runs OK (not that hard considering I am using gcc 4.5.0 to build gcc 4.5.0). I will do some more tests and eventually will post a patch. -- http://gcc.gnu.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=40974
