If in-tree gmp is going to use --enable-cxx (which it seems to, even though I'm not building with ppl and cloog-ppl) then should the c++ compiler be built in stage1 automatically? Alternatively, gmp's configure should look in PATH instead of assuming either stage1 or /lib/cpp will support C++, because that assumption isn't valid. -- http://gcc.gnu.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=40950
