Re: #7. Sorry about the timing. I agree it is unfortunate. I do believe that the correct timing on this is to do both new C++0x interfaces and the revised backwards includes at the same time. (Certainly, this fits in with the C++98 effort history and the last backward shuffling in 2001). All in all, I consider this a distinctly minor disturbance as compared to compiler changes like -fvisibility, anon namespaces, and 3.4's two-phase lookup change.
