Of those 539, around 229 files are affected by the use of workarounds (dg-warning "warning:") and such. Those can be easily removed by some "sed" magic. I can attach the patch to fix those in case you are interested. -- http://gcc.gnu.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=25241
