IMO if “docwriter” is only used by freetype and for freetype there is no reason 
to publish it on PyPI, which is more meant for reusable libraries as opposed to 
applications.
Also docwriter is a quite generic name for a python package or for a script, it 
may well clash with other published current or future projects.
