It was fixed when you created the rewrite.config symlink and updated
server.xml. A permanent fix needs to be implemented by dogtagpki for
those who upgrade as you did. But this shouldn't cause you issues any more.

This refers to the backend database used by 389-ds. BDB is the Berkeley
Database and it has been supplanted by LMDB instead (at some point, I
don't recall when in Fedora). I've cc'd a 389 dev to see what he thinks
about this message.
