Even if CJKDOS isn't free enough to be added to FreeDOS, it probably wasn't 
part of any DOS in the 1990´s.

So it was somehow installed on MSDOS.

This procedure should be used on FreeDOS as well, and checked for any errors. 
Most likely by native CJK speakers.
