https://github.com/PerditionC/fdkernel clearly says:
"!!! This fork is no longer the primary fork -- Please post PRs and
issues to https://github.com/FDOS/kernel !!!"

So, https://gitlab.com/FreeDOS/base/kernel#still-actively-developed
should be updated accordingly.
