Obviously you'd need a packet driver for ethernet.  Other than that I 
think MOST stuff out there uses WatTCP, some uses mTCP, and a few oddball 
programs are out there.  These two libraries are "wired" into the binary; 
other than the packet driver, no other file is needed in most cases.

SSH2DOS comes with a good Telnet and SSH client that uses WatTCP.  My XT 
hates it though.
