I DO have wheel function of the mouse in my WP/TameDOS/WinXP combination. I have since discovered from the WPUniverseForum that my wish - for Shell mouse - is ONLY available in the full screen view, which is an option I would not choose to use, even though it locks the insert market to the mouse cursor as desired.
