As pointed by Japhet - prevent all UMB memory for inclusion. In this
case, handling A20 is still need (because DOS may come to HMA and there may
remain less than 64k of used memory in conventional memory).

Unfortunately, in given case I have neither experience in understanding
protected mode voodoos nor in debugging such code, so I definitely can't be
"official maintainer" of this program.
