Well, since 386SWAT hates my current machine and reboots under any environment on it, and getting Qemu debugging up is still a work in progress, I may want to use you as a convenient guinea pig to try a special EMM386 debug versions to report what may be happening on your machine. I have a theory, but it's purely theoretical as theories go. Only crash I can make happen here is DOOM under VPC 2004 with nondefault /NOX2MAX32. Let me know if you're around and available to try it/them out.
