I'm having a problem with deltree. I went to delete some files and directories in the root directory of C:, and used the command deltree /y gem*. It displayed the following "Warning! Deltree called in root directory with /Y specified" "filespec to delete: c:\gem*" "Do you REALLY want to do this??" and then tons of garble that I'm not even going to try to type. The problem is reproduceable. This does not happen when /Y is NOT specified. There are 4 files that match GEM*: Gemapps\, gem.bat, gem.raw, and gemoff\.
Hope this helps, Blair Campbell ------------------------------------------------------- SF.Net email is Sponsored by the Better Software Conference & EXPO September 19-22, 2005 * San Francisco, CA * Development Lifecycle Practices Agile & Plan-Driven Development * Managing Projects & Teams * Testing & QA Security * Process Improvement & Measurement * http://www.sqe.com/bsce5sf _______________________________________________ Freedos-devel mailing list [email protected] https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/freedos-devel
