Sounds right, although think there were a couple different editions.  Say, how many 
copies do they have?  Maybe we could make a little cash here via printed matter 
location redistribution.  All proceeds donated to FreeDOS, of course.

Well, probably not a viable plan, but geez, those are about the $40 prices I would 
expect, not that gouge job I'm seeing in USA searches.  Unless they're basing it on 
their cost+profit for import from UK availability.
