Heh, how bad do you want it? Ventura Pacific lists one for $165 and Abe Books has it for $175 via online purchase -- plus whatever shipping to get it overseas, of course. Totally outrageous, but I guess they know it's hard to get. Makes me wonder what I could get for my old MS-DOS Encyclopedia and the copy of Extending DOS.
