Is the following expected?
Doing a command like (as root):
# rsync -x -r --delete --file-flags --force-change -aAHhh \
--info=progress2 / /mnt/
produces a couple of notices:

/ and /mnt/ are both UFS.
Looks like it is Access and/or Birth that are not updated. Modify looks
to be updated. Change look to track the live update time, not a time
from the original file system.
