All right, maybe "FreeBSD packages" looks like a superset of the
latter two, so we can call it "FreeBSD main packages", which aligns
nicely with "FreeBSD quarterly packages".

I think, 'packages' in the name of any package repo will be superfluous.
The configuration file is for use with pkg tools; we have 'pkg' in the
url within the file; and 'pkg' in the path to the file.
