Sounds good to me. Maybe shorten the names to "audio" and "midi" or maybe drivers/audio/ and drivers/midi/ ? There is other "driver" like stuff such as lash and LADSPA which could go in the drivers/ folder in that case.
Ok. To me, I don't mind to keep the existing code as it is, but if you don't mess it up too much, feel free to go ahead and auto-indent it. :-) I think I can read both equally well.
I can't imagine it changing a whole lot, since the current formatting isn't too bad.
