+1 for this. I've been a user for over 10 years and Raster has allways been fair to the project and the users.
I've read the guidelines, I think they are ok. They are not harsh, I think they try to reflect what this has been for so long. They don't try to change they way this list has been working for so long, but rather express how things are now (and how they want to be).
