Hi,
Unless you want to use wayland, which will require systemd for various 
reasons, you have no need for the drm use flag, I believe this option 
has been tidied up a bit in Git and will be better in the next release 
(1.13) I think, but that won't stop Enlightenment requiring systemd.

Really the advice is just use the default configure options unless you 
have a good reason, in your case --disable-systemd
