I think your problem is with ethumb and efree service files. Check if you have them in /usr/lib/systemd/user/ and in /usr/share/dbus-1/services/. If you don't use systemd, check the EFL installer, when it ends it will give you a suggestion where to put those files (the original files are in the sources)
