I think it's been brought up twice before but, I've been thinking about it for awhile now..."Why do we have Entrance?"
It's an EFL based Display Manager and allows you to log into your system, etc...but was it really necessary to create it? LightDM exists and AFAICT, it's meant to work cross-desktop... I'm no developer, but feel free to tell me if it would/should be easier or why it might not work. Aside : Lots of things are duplicated. Gnome and KDE both have their own display managers. Gnome has gEdit and KDE has Kate.
