Hi All, It's been a while since I don't recompile everything, so I loned the git sources and gived it a try again (I used to have e17 'stable').
As a user, I noticed a few things: * E17 has become a little unstable. It's segfaulting ramdonly, which I used to see 5 years ago. things like 'I left the pc on the whole night and when I turned the monitor on to check my mails I saw the WSOD' * E17 is not displaying all the system *.desktop files. The menu has the apps there and it works, but when I try to add icons to iBar, or using 'everything', I only see my personal apps, not all the resk (like dolphin or synaptic, etc). Is there a way to force E looking for them? I tried in 'search directories', but there is no 'apps' route to configure. Tried adding in 'icons', but with no luck. * Terminology command 'tyls' is not displaying thumbs, but tycat works, so I don't think I have a problem with the libs * comp_scale is not compiling. I used the one in the git sources, but seems to be the same from the svn tree. I'm sure this is not as important as the res, but I wanted to name it in case the dev is watching =) I'm using Debian Jessie.
