Ok, I have E working again

* The bad part is that SVG is still not compiling...and really don't know
why
* The good part is that SVG wasn't the problem
* the other bad part is that E was segfaulting due to pixmax (i have it
installed and evas conpiled with pixmax support)

I recompiled evas without pixmax support and E started again
