Aehm, my fault, I meant that these folders stay where they are
(fixated) and have no window borders, sorry.

The first is quite close to what I mean. But, not to mention the
gnome/ubuntu-dependency, just look at the Changelog. Those tools start
small and grow to beasts. I rather believe in a reducible file
manager than in an applet that becomes a file manager over time.
Second, I'd want these folders to behave familiar instead of fully
different to my file manager. At least as long as I use them in a
similar way. I mean, how do these apps treat clicks on folders and
such. I'm rather for a fixated and configurable efm with some more
layouts to choose from. Otherwise, there could be a filemanager-
framework with which we can script our panes task-wise ;)
