I also like this idea, but I can't find a way to implement it.
The problem is the design of the E_Menu:
If I put a sub menu on (unmountable) volumes, then I can not
click anymore on the volume itself (to open the filemanager), because the
click is used to open the relevant submenu.

Someone know a way to handle the click on an E_Menu that has
childrens??
