Hi Jack :) in this case it shouldn't be a problem, but an advantage. Try Iva'n's hint and run Alacarte on e17. I can test it next time I run e17, but I guess it will be fine on e17 too, you might need some of the GNOME dependencies. OT: I started to configure my e17, but I had troubles because of crashes when changing fonts and some unwanted effects when using themes, resp. because different applications ignore any eye candy. This might become subjects of following mails to the list. At the moment I don't spend much time with doing any computer work. Btw. I still need to configure my e17 menus, fortunately I'm insured to 'run commands' in addition of using menus.
