sure. right after you can use YaST package manager to view and install
all you wish or 

>sudo zypper se -r Enlightenment

will show all available content of a new repo.

if you have no issues with openSUSE redirector, then:

>sudo zypper ar

will do the trick and resolve your local mirror as well.

you're the boss. you can boot into "init 3" or just turn off all
display managers for "init 5" and use proven "startx":

chkconfig xdm off
chkconfig entrance off
chkconfig earlyxdm off
chkconfig gdm off
