If you are using a display manager like e.g. gdm it is most likely looking for xsessions/*.desktop files. I'd normally expect it to pick up at least the "E16" session if e16 was installed with prefix = /usr (i.e. the xsession dir is /usr/share/xsessions). It is likely that the display manager must be restarted before it picks up new or changed xsession files. /Kim ------------------------------------------------------------------------- This SF.Net email is sponsored by the Moblin Your Move Developer's challenge Build the coolest Linux based applications with Moblin SDK & win great prizes Grand prize is a trip for two to an Open Source event anywhere in the world http://moblin-contest.org/redirect.php?banner_id=100&url=/ _______________________________________________ enlightenment-users mailing list [email protected] https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/enlightenment-users
