Well as a follow up I'm trying to install e16-0.16.8.13 from source on
Zenwalk 5.2 standard (there is a package for 0.16.8.10 but I want the
latest version and don't know how to create packages). I can run
./configure, make, make install for both the imlib2 and e16 unpacked
tar files apparently without error (at least all the commands finish),
but when I go to choose my session there is no entry for e16 like
there is when you install the package. Is there something
straightforward that I need to add somewhere to create this option,
like editing a .xinitrc file or something? I don't know... I feel
that I am very close to success but perhaps not... any thoughts most
appreciated!
