Yeah, that one is probably not going to win awards in the
user-friendliness department.
The flags are a collection of, well, flags that control things like
inhibiting moving (fixed position), resizing (fixed size), focusing
(never focus), closing, and more.
I think they more or less correspond to the e17 locks stuff. Maybe
"Locks" would be a more appropriate term.
