hi,
search this mailing-list archive, somebody is already working on e17

We all decided it wasn't going to work :( e17 modules would not work
because they are designed to be loaded at runtime, but Windows has lots
of limitations with regards to this, and edje files wouldn't display
properly because the cygwin C library didn't support the C99 "%a"
formatter (I didn't dig in the code to find how this is used however).
But I get my eyecandy fix when I have to work on windows by changing
skins with WindowBlinds (www.windowblinds.net). ;)

I wasn't recommending that we make the links for them, only provide them
with the tools to do so if they want to take the gamble (or the gambol).
