Or you could add the following to your ~/.enlightenment/file.menu 
(root window left button menu) Use your path to eesh.
"Log Out" NULL exec "/usr/bin/eesh -e 'exit'"

It is plain text so it shouldn't be too obscure. For instance here is
the default Ctrl-Alt-Ins keybinding for opening an Eterm.

  __NEXT_ACTION
    __KEY Insert
    __EVENT __KEY_PRESS
    __MODIFIER_KEY __CTRL_ALT
    __ACTION __A_EXEC Eterm
