Some time after upgrading from e16.5 to e16.6, my primary mozilla window got stuck in "always on top". Even find or close dialogs disappear underneath the main browser window. There is no such setting in my ~/.enlightenment, and in fact it happens to all users. Choosing "lower window" in enlightenment window options has no effect.
