OK, so I've been able to run KDE 3.1 or Gnome 2 for WEEKS with no errors like this:

When using Enlightenment 0.16 as my window manager, after 2 or 2.5 days the rastering gets HOSED.
Everything shifts into seperate primary colors, like viewing a 3D comic without the 3D glasses.

Then, when I log out of E, even the rastering of the commandline is hosed.  A reboot is the only thing
that fixes it.

I'm using Mandrake 9.1 (kernel 2.4.x) on an AMD-based system with a GeForce4 MX card.
Like I said, K and Gnome work just fine for weeks on-end.  Why does E do this and how can I fix it??
