Patch Set 13: ok. That patch will include updates to dbvalidation and task handling functions to use ENGINE_PGPASS env for PGPASSFILE definition. The common.sh will not be touched. We need this to make db validation functions work. Thus, our dbvalidations patch requires this update. Currently gerrit doesn't let me to push this update due to dependency chain.
