Patch Set 1: Yes, There is two problems: 1. not all places that we have pom file we have the ignore project, so findbugs will try to run and will not find the excludeFileFilter.xml and raise and error. 2. the findbugs-general profile refer to findbugs-general.xml in a relative position to the project, not all projects in the same directory tree level so its change from project to project.
