Patch Set 2: Verified In order to break the build-validate loop in eclipse I needed to avoid copying all the resources to the generated resources directory. It looks like the validation of .properties files changes their timestamps in the generated sources, this triggers a build, which copies them over again, which triggers another validation, etc. If we only copy the .gwt.xml files (we don't need anything else) then this doesn't happen. I have moved the changes to the restapi to a different patch to simplify review: http://gerrit.ovirt.org/11297 Verified that this resolves issues during importing in the Eclipse version in Fedora 18, in Eclipse JEE Juno and in JBoss developer studio. Also verified that after the change the build produces packages that can be installed and run correctly. -- To view, visit http://gerrit.ovirt.org/11170 To unsubscribe, visit http://gerrit.ovirt.org/settings Gerrit-MessageType: comment Gerrit-Change-Id: Ic48b86f266e287d95872c4048e1d0f6e4f58dd8f Gerrit-PatchSet: 2 Gerrit-Project: ovirt-engine Gerrit-Branch: master Gerrit-Owner: Juan Hernandez <juan.hernan...@redhat.com> Gerrit-Reviewer: Asaf Shakarchi <a...@redhat.com> Gerrit-Reviewer: Itamar Heim <ih...@redhat.com> Gerrit-Reviewer: Juan Hernandez <juan.hernan...@redhat.com> Gerrit-Reviewer: Michael Pasternak <mpast...@redhat.com> _______________________________________________ Engine-patches mailing list Engine-patches@ovirt.org http://lists.ovirt.org/mailman/listinfo/engine-patches
