Patch Set 1: While testing with Eclipse Juno JEE I found that when the generated directories are added as source directories Eclipse gets into a Build-Validate-Build-Validate-... loop. Only way I find to get out of this loop is to disable validation in the affected projects. Not sure if this is acceptable.
