This patch works with physical REST webapp session ID, which maps to logical 
Engine user session.

In 3.6 with SSO in place, we can use auth token that represents logical Engine 
user session, without any relation to physical (Java webapp) session.

Note that we already support authentication via Engine session ID obtained by 
backend query, see http://gerrit.ovirt.org/#/c/35069/ for details.
