engine-common should be shared between engine, dwh, reports, it is mainly
database, vdc_options and such.
the websocket proxy should not have any dependency with engine (not pull extra
dependencies) to be able to be installed at remote machine. Of course we need
the engine certificate pulled, but we will take care of that when we support
installation on different server.
