Let's say that this is not interesting since there's no dependency between images and even more when listing (e.g. an image must be listed only if another specific image was listed). WRT your question, it depends, if the image you've added is in the group you didn't list yet, then yes... it will be listed, otherwise it won't until next refresh. But this is the behavior that you'd expect anyway and the images list is consistent in all cases. The only interesting case would be if the marker gets deleted (even though images are not really removed, they're just marked as deleted).
