core: ImportVmTemplateCommand fix 1) Call VmDeviceUtils.addImportedDevices to add imported Template devices to vm_device 2) Fix a bug : id and vm id are not set in the Template interfaces collection, this results in SQL Exception attempting to insert null value to a key column.
