I’m not sure if it’s solid state amps or what. My AL-1200 tube amp is 12 years old and has had a fair amount of use - especially RTTY. The only issue it has ever had is the meter lamps burning out. Ameritron/MFJ sent an LED upgrade kit 6 years ago and they have been fine ever since.
KPA500 and ALS-600 have both been sent back to their respective motherships for transistor finals. About 4 years old for each.
