Mine is 6 years old, Elecraft had it 2 weeks for repair not counting shipping time, came back 8 weeks ago, replaced both LDMOS, one was dead, amp put out half power - they also installed several updates, cost $1K. Seemed reasonable, my Alpha required a blower replacement at about the same age, and another one since.
