StandaloneMmPkg/MmCommunicationDxe: Use MAX_UINTN in GoogleTest
EFI_MM_COMMUNICATE_HEADER.MessageLength is declared as UINTN.
Using MAX_UINT64 causes compiler warnings and errors on 32-bit
architectures (IA32) due to conversion from UINT64 to UINTN.
Use MAX_UINTN instead of MAX_UINT64 so the integer overflow tests
match the native size of UINTN on both 32-bit and 64-bit architectures.
