OvmfPkg/LoongArchVirt: Reduce FPDT boot record exhaustion
The platform may generate a large number of DriverBinding Supported
performance records during BDS device connection. On systems with many
controllers and child handles, repeated ConnectController() processing
can quickly consume the FPDT boot record buffer and trigger:
> DxeCorePerformanceLib: No enough space to save boot records
Increase PcdExtFpdtBootRecordPadSize to provide additional runtime
buffer space for boot performance records generated during DXE/BDS. The
additional space is allocated from system memory for the FPDT boot
record buffer and does not increase flash storage usage.
This increases the extra FPDT boot record pad size from 0x30000 (192
KiB) to 0x100000 (1 MiB).
This change reduces the chance of losing FPDT boot performance records
on platforms with many drivers, controllers, child handles, or repeated
BDS connect operations.
