Check out the back of music mags as well, like Guitar Player, Bass
Player... there are plenty of outfits out there that are in the business of
making masters and burning copies, and often will do small jobs. They even
include artwork on the CD, shrink wrapping etc.... alternatively, you could
write the file to a PDF (say with PrintToPDF) and send it around
electronically....
also - search yahoo for cd mastering and some of the outfits come up.
